Coral Sands State Park, AZ: We drove through the park area on the afternoon of May 10. This area is made up of a soft silty sand that is a beautiful coral color. I was able to walk to the top of one of the dunes for a photo-op!

Marble Canyon, May 9, 2013: After leaving Flagstaff we
drove through parts of the Navajo Reservation and Marble Canyon. The

Tucson AZ, May 7, 2013: It was a beautiful, sunny, warm day - we walked around two desert parks: The Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and the Tohono Chul Park. We added seven new birds to our life list!
Las Cruces, May 5, 2013: We drove around the old sections of Las Cruces before heading to Tucson.We drove directly to the Saguaro National Park - National Park Service in Tucson. We drove through the park twice so that we could be positioned to take sunset photos.

San Antonio TX - May 4, 2013: We spent a full day visiting two museums and dancing at one of the old dance Texas halls. The San Antonio Museum of Art is located on the new Riverwalk Reach. The McNay Art Museum is a gem of a museum located in an old Spanish style home.
